Refund Policy

At FTrack Chennai Call Taxi, we value our customers and strive to offer safe, reliable, and affordable taxi services across Tamil Nadu and other states. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which customers can request a refund and how refund claims are processed.
1. Advance Payment Refund

If a customer has made an advance payment for a ride, they may be eligible for a refund based on the cancellation time and service usage.

Refunds are applicable only to the amount paid in advance. Charges incurred for services already rendered are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Customer

More than 24 hours | 100% refund of advance amount |
Between 6 to 24 hours | 50% refund of advance amount |
Less than 6 hours or no cancellation | No refund |

No refund will be issued if the customer fails to show up at the pickup location (“No Show”).

Any toll, permit, or parking fees already incurred before cancellation will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
3. Cancellation by FTrack Chennai Call Taxi
In rare situations where we are unable to provide the booked service due to vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or operational reasons, customers will receive:

A full refund of any advance payment made.

Assistance in arranging an alternate taxi (if available).
4. Modifications to Booking

If the customer modifies the travel date, time, or destination, the fare may change accordingly.

In case the revised booking cannot be serviced and needs to be canceled, the cancellation policy mentioned above will apply.
5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date of confirmation.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or wallet) used for the booking.

A confirmation of the refund will be sent via SMS or email/WhatsApp.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

Incorrect pickup details provided by the customer.

Customer unavailability at pickup point at the scheduled time.

Journey terminated by the customer during travel.

Additional charges such as toll, state tax, and parking fees already incurred.
