  • You can book a cab easily via:

  • Provide your pickup and drop locations, date, time, and preferred cab type.

  • Once confirmed, you’ll receive your driver details and booking ID via WhatsApp or SMS.

  • Payments can be made via:

    • Cash to the driver

    • UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm)

    • Online bank transfer

  • Advance payment may be requested for outstation trips.

  • Cancel or reschedule your ride by contacting us at least 24 hours before pickup.

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days for eligible cancellations.

  • GST-compliant invoices are available for all corporate and individual bookings.

  • Please provide your GST number during booking.

If you have accidentally left an item in one of our taxis, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Booking ID

  • Date of Travel

  • Pickup Location

We will make every effort to coordinate with the driver to help locate and return your belongings.

FTrack Chennai Call Taxi is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Passengers are solely responsible for their personal items during and after the trip.
